Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Energy Saving And Emission Reduction In Petroleum Enterprises

Due to the widespread influence from the global climate change in our world, energy saving and emission reduction nowadays become the focus of the attentions of governments and academic circles all over the world in which China is in no exception. Compared with many developed countries, Chinese petroleum enterprises belong to typical high-energy-consumption and high-emission enterprises, consequently Chinese petroleum enterprises are in a great need of energy saving and emission reduction and should transform its extensive growth mode into an energy-efficient and environment-friendly one. The management of energy saving and emission reduction in petroleum enterprises, however, is a giant and systematic project which demands the guide of theoretical methods of scientifically dynamic mechanism theory. Therefore, it is very necessay to study the model of dynamic mechanism of energy saving and emission reduction in Chinese petroleum enterprises.Firstly, this thesis makes the energy saving and emission reduction in petroleum enterprises as the research object and systematically summarizes the currently domestic and foreign studies in theories and pracises about energy saving and emission reduction as well as dynamic mechanism. Using the research methods of induction, connecting theory with practice and systematic analysis, it expounds the subjects, main objectives, basic ways, main achievements as well as main problems of the energy saving and emission reduction in Chinese petroleum enterprises to analyse the principle sourses of main problems in energy saving and emission reduction in Chinese petroleum enterprises. Secondly, it aquires principal experience and enlightment of management in energy saving and emission reduction of typically domestic and foreign petroleum enterprises from the respectively comparative studies of their management ways in energy saving and emission reduction. Thirdly, based on the above theroy and practise study, this thesis builds the model of dynamic mechanism of energy saving and emission reduction in petroleum enterprises including the overal model as well as its outer and inner model by analysis of the outer dynamic factors, inner dynamic factors, intervening factors as well as the building conditions of the model. Lastly, it makes some propositions and recommedations for the operations of the model of energy saving and emission reduction in petroleum enterprises in China to make some references for the management of the Chinese petroleum enterprises’energy saving and emission reduction.
