Research results are as follows:1according to the connotation of agricultural modernization in Shanxi characteristics and practical, will Shanxi agriculture modernization is divided into early, preliminary implementation and the basic realization of the three stage. The evaluation results indicate that; of agricultural modernization in Shanxi after a long period of accumulation and development, has entered the stage of overall, begin to stride of preliminary implementation stage.2pairs of Shanxi agriculture modernization of the favorable conditions and restricted factor analysis showed:Shanxi advantageous geographical position climatic conditions are moderate, farming animal husbandry production be richly endowed by nature; the province’s steady and rapid economic development, economic structure is optimized stage by stage; Agriculture Forestry Animal Husbandry and fishery production level rises in the round, farmer income grows steadily;" two base " construction effect is distinct, agriculture structural adjustment to advance in depth; the industrialization of agriculture had rapidder development, farmer systematism level; agricultural science and technology innovation and extension ability increases significantly, rural science and technology service system is built basically; agricultural supporting system construction is improved apparently, for agriculture development provides support and guarantee. But also exist:the construction of agricultural infrastructure is still weak, the degree of organization of farmers is still low, farmer knowledge is changed and agriculture science and technology level is not high, agricultural labor transfers difficulty, land operation narrow, efficient agriculture and the agricultural product processing industry lags behind relatively, agricultural structure administrative levels is not high, agricultural capital throws inadequacy, investment benefit is poor, get resource and market double tie, restrict agricultural modernization development of internal and external environment factors.3for Shanxi agriculture modernization of favorable conditions, constraints and construction goals, research put forward to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in Shanxi measures: one is to " three base " construction as the key point, accelerate the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure; two is to strengthen agricultural infrastructure and equipment of material of construction, raise agriculture ceaselessly comprehensive production capacity; the three is to strengthen the construction of system of agricultural socialization service, improve the management level of modern agriculture; the four is to strengthen the construction of agricultural system of standardization, enhance produce market competition ability; the five is to strengthen the innovation of agricultural science and technology and promotion, for the development of modern agriculture:six is to provide technical support to accelerate rural industrialization, town to change, and more channel of transferring rural surplus labor force; seven is to establish a diversified investment mechanism of agriculture, raise agricultural modernization investment intensity; eight is to improve the agricultural policy system, to establish the guarantee mechanism of agricultural modernization.
