Research On The Competitiveness Of Contractors' Banks

This paper mainly studied the contractor’s bank competitiveness problems,contractor’s bank, as one of the city commercial Banks in China, since it wasfounded in1998, respectively through the southeast Asian financial crisis, the ussubprime mortgage financial crisis, China’s capital market open to the public events,such as in which has constantly sharpening, and continuously forge ahead. In orderto be able to make lasting stable growth of the contractor’s bank, to find their ownproblems and challenges, in order to be able to make the Inner Mongoliaautonomous region called package San Jiaodai Hubei economy to flourish, to drivethe rapid economic development in Inner Mongolia, in order to make the InnerMongolia numerous small and medium-sized enterprise financing trouble back athome, in this paper, a comprehensive analysis and research on contractor’s bankcompetitiveness.This article altogether is divided into nine parts. The first parts clarify the paperselected topic background, the selected topic significance and subject researchmethods and innovation. To make it easier for readers to understand the general ideaof this article as soon as possible provided a basis for quickly into the state ofresearch and analysis. The second part has carried on the theory of enterprisecompetitiveness and commercial bank competitiveness was reviewed. From theconcept of competition to the concept of enterprise competitiveness, points out thesource of enterprise competitiveness theory, and different school of thought theorycontribution for enterprise competitiveness. Theories about the competitiveness ofcommercial Banks are to clarify the competitiveness evaluation system ofcommercial Banks. The third part of the contractor’s bank faced by the externalenvironment analysis, in the process of operation for the back of the contractorprovides Suggestions for Banks to raise competitiveness. Fourth part discusses thecontractor’s internal environment analysis. The fifth part of SWOT analysis methodto the contractor’s bank faces opportunities and challenges, their own advantages anddisadvantages are analyzed in this paper. Identified the contractor’s bank within theindustry’s status and role. The sixth part mainly research on contractor’s bank competitiveness evaluation index determination, four dimensions are given and theirsubordinate various indicators. The seventh part is based on the comprehensiveevaluation index system for determination of the sixth part is used to evaluate to thecontractor’s bank competition ability. Through of the relevant financial data ofcontractor’s bank and other relevant data of the four Banks lateral comparison, thesensation of contractor bank of room for improvement as well as its advantages. Theeighth part put forward the Suggestions for contractor’s Banks to raisecompetitiveness. Based on the front and some qualitative and quantitative analysis,has put forward the improvement Suggestions for sex. The ninth part is theconclusion in view of the whole thesis, and the author believes in research so far andthe deficiency of the contractor’s bank competitiveness for issues related to theproposed expectations and prospected in the future.
