The quality, operation, management have been significantly regulated by these Management Measures and Guide. As the demand and size of domestic asset management continues growing, the value of trust company is gradually raising. Meanwhile the trust industry is still treated as "a bad child" who weakens the macro controls. The old story is not changed a lot, such as weak competitive ability and weak business model. These factors all lead trust industry to a complex situation.With the help and encouragement of CBRC, many large companies as strategic investors began to enter the trust industry, which brings vigor and competiveness to the industry. The international trust company of bank of communications (Bocommturst) is the sub-company of bank of communications group, which has reached the middle palace after three years development.
