Research On The Management Mode Of Group Companies

Group management control is always a difficult problem for the management practice of enterprise group,is also an important issue in our theoretical circles and enterprises.It mainly researched that how group enterprises manage and control its subordinate enterprises,assign its power and resource,and improve its operational efficiency to realize the strategic target and maximize the value of shareholders through the design of enterprise group control model,the optimization of organizational structure and the definition of the responsibility system.In the paper,Jiangsu Yueda group Co.,Ltd,as one of520national key enterprises is the research object.It Analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the original management control mode from Yueda group and puts forward the optimization scheme.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly states the related theory of the group control,which provided a theoretical basis for the full text; The second part mainly analyzes the control status and the problems of original management control mode from Yueda group. The third part analyzes the option of innovation mode control scheme of Yueda group. The forth part explores and discusses the management innovation design of Yueda group. The last part is the summary for this paper.This paper not only supplies a stage summary for the innovation of Yueda group management control mode, but also provides a reference scheme for the research on related problems of diversified enterprises in China, and then does some beneficial exploration to further enrich and improve the group enterprises management control system in China.
