As a whole, internal financial control problems as follows:First, receivables management is poor, risk consciousness is also not strong. Secondly, cost and expense is too high, Again, the results of the budget management is not very well. Finally, the method of the performance evaluation is backward. In view of these problems, this paper proposed the corresponding solution measures, Yuedatrans should strengthen the control of creditor's rights debt, strengthen beforehand, course and afterwards control; Using the activity-based costing method in cost control, Formulate scientific financial management system and with balanced scorecard method for effective performance evaluation.Internal financial control is the center of the enterprise management, at the same time, it is a comprehensive service center, external to internal for customer service, for business department of service.
