Evolution Of World Oil Pattern And China 's Oil Industry Policy Research

Oil is the first of the world’s energy. The use is widespread, in relation to each country’s national economy and people’s livelihood. The pattern of oil is evolving. Oil production pattern, consumption pattern and trade pattern will present a new face. Each country has making the new oil industrial policy. Then, it has brought China opportunities and challenges. So, paper puts forward suggestions by analyzing China’s oil industry policies.Why does the oil pattern change? What is the world oil situation? How does the oil pattern influence? How does China need to take measures to deal with? This is the purpose of this paper.The research methods include the theory research and application practice, historical analysis method and the quantitative and qualitative analysis.Paper combines the theory of industry policy, pattern of the world’s oil present situation and the national industrial policy. Through analyzing China’s oil industry policy, respectively from the industrial organization, industrial structure, industrial layout and Government Regulation, it integrates the results of these aspects and puts forward suggestions.
