A Study On Anti - Poverty Measures In Tongxi County, Taiyuan, Vietnam

Eradicating poverty is an important issue in modern society have to face. The government of Vietnam always pay great attention to studies of antipoverty for the great significance both to solve the problem of Vietnam remains poor and speed up modernization construction. Dong Hy prefecture Thai nguyen province is one of the state-level poverty-stricken counties of Vietnam restrict by natural factors and economic factors with high poverty rate and high return to poverty rate. Through the research and summarize of the poverty alleviation and development status of Dong Hy county, we evaluated the effectiveness of the poverty alleviation policy. The successful implementation of the Sustainable poverty alleviation policy not only provide farmers of the lawful income and long-term and stable life, but also provides the basis for the development of rural economy sustainable development.This article attempts through the comprehensive analysis of the anti-poverty work of Dong Hy county, evaluate its achievements, and reveal the possible existing problems, and find out to identify potential causes, and puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.This dissertation reviews related research and theory of poverty and anti-poverty both at home and abroad, introduce the status of poverty alleviation and development work of Dong Hy country systematacially. Study review that during the process of poverty alleviation work, has formed the model of government-led and various non-governmental organizations and all enterprises and institutions participate in, implemented a series of poverty reduction measures pertinenced, have been achieve good results. However, there are still many problems, such as anti-poverty work is lack of sustainability, return to poverty etc. There are variety of reasons, including the hostile external environment and the defects policy etc. Therefore, we should improvement the anti-poverty measures from the above aspects to reduce poverty and enforce the sustainable development of economic.
