With the development of Chinese various aspects, enterprise also will be more focus on the international, started the pace of listing, but a lot of executive turnover problems existing in internal domestic private enterprises, affecting the development of all aspects of the company, to the company’s development has brought negative impact. Leaving the company executives have appreciation turnover, turnover, turnover level benign, but is more malignant turnover problem caused by the adverse effects on the company, need to be reduced through various means, to reduce the adverse effect to company executives leave.In this paper, by analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign research on large private listed companies, and using the feature, with large domestic listed group--WD Group as an example, to analyze the WD Group internal executive turnover characteristics, reasons and its executives leave to the company, so as to find the real crux of executive turnover in order to address these issues, to put forward countermeasures to solve the executive turnover, adverse effects to the company, the malignant effects of executive turnover is reduced to the minimum, is of great practical significance to the development of the company.
