Research On Social Responsibility Of State - Owned Coal Enterprises From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Ecological civilization is based on human and nature, human and society comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development as the basic purpose of the cultural ethics forms. The17th and the18th National Congress of the CPC put forward the requirements of ecological civilization construction. The key to achieving this goal is to strengthen environmental protection efforts, develop the recycling economy, and take the road of sustainable development. For a long time, coal is our major energy, and the coal enterprises, especially the large state-owned coal enterprises as the main supply body of ensure national energy security and stability, has played a positive role in the development of national economy. However, due to the coal enterprises lack of social responsibility consciousness and the extensive mode of economic growth have brought serious ecological environmental damage. Therefore, whether the coal enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities seriously or not, it will be directly related to the practice of construction ecological civilization in China, and then will affect the realization the beautiful china dream.The article further studies the social responsibility of state-owned coal enterprises from the perspective of ecological civilization. Firstly, the writer analyses the present situation of China’s social responsibility of state-owned coal enterprises. At present, the economic responsibilities of the state-owned coal enterprises perform better, legal responsibility gradually increases the charitable responsibility consciousness wake up and social responsibility practice has made a great progress. However, there are still many problems, such as the poor of the environmental protection responsibility, lack of attention to resource conservation responsibility, lack of awareness of staff development responsibility. Secondly, analyzes the causes of these problems both at the macro level and micro-level. Once again, the government, enterprises, and society must take effective measures to actively cope with the problems. Governments need to strengthen macro-control, improve relevant laws and regulations, integrate the coal resources, establish a scientific evaluation system. Companies need to strengthen self-construction, to achieve technological upgrading and innovation, proceed ecological and cultural practice, establish a scientific human resources system, and improve internal oversight mechanisms. In addition, the social aspects such as the coal industry associations, environmental groups, consumer organizations, trade union organizations, the media, and the public should also be fully its role, urge the coal enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
