Research On International Competitiveness And Influencing Factors Of Computer And Information Service Trade In China

With the development of computer technology and network technology, trade of computer and information service has become a big growth point to promote the development of national economy. Trade of computer and information service has stronger driving force and radial force of industry, becoming an indispensable pillar of the knowledge economy age. So to study the trade of computer and information service international competitiveness has a positive meaning for China’s economic development.This dissertation analyses the trade of computer and information service by MS-index, TC-index, CA-index and comprehensive index of the trade of computer and information service. Results show that China’s International Competitiveness of the trade of computer and information service is in the middle level of the world, but it develops rapidly. The dynamic development index of China’s trade of computer and information service is not so stable, but the trade of computer and information service of our country is still in a steadily rising trend in terms of absolute value.This dissertation also discusses the influence factors of international competitiveness of trade of computer and information service by linear regression analysis. From the Results we can see that the quantity of the employment of information transmission, computer services and software, and the technical market turnover have positive influence to China’s international competitiveness of trade of computer and information service. In addition, trade of financial service and trade of insurance service also have great influence to the international competitiveness of China’s trade of computer and information service.Finally, according to the results of measurement, this dissertation gives six countermeasures to improve the international competitiveness of our trade of computer and information service. Government level:it is recommended that the government should strengthen personnel training first, and adjust the structure of talents. Secondly, the protection of intellectual property rights should be improved and the relevant enterprises should be encouraged to strengthen the cooperation of trade in financial and insurance services. Corporate level:it is recommended that enterprises should strengthen the independent innovation, and set up national brand; catching the opportunities to expand the scale of the industry; seeking foreign partners, and learn from excellent enterprises.
