Study On Land Management Mode Under Fine Condition

Since1978the implementation of the household contract responsibility system, at the time of the social and historical conditions, this system greatly contributed to the enthusiasm of farmers, food production and income for our country make a significant contribution. With economic development and technological progress, household contract responsibility system began to highlight the drawbacks, the biggest impact is the result of land fragmentation. In a market economy as the mainstay of today’s Land Fragmentation and productivity have been incompatible, fragmentation of the land because they can not bring greater benefits to farmers, leading to the widening gap between rich and poor, which to some extent affected the enthusiasm of farmers, also led to a great part of the rural labor migrant. Since the fundamental interests of farmers are not protected, in the case of migrant labor, they were reluctant to use of land transferred to other people, thereby resulting in some rural abandonment and so on. Fragmentation of land to the farmers of the land area is constantly reduced, in order to achieve the desired output, a large number of farmers in the land application of fertilizer and pesticides, which to some extent affected the sustainable use of land and food safety in production.Fragmentation of land with agricultural business model to adapt to the peasant economy, this business model with the market economy, the contradiction between the great harm to the interests of farmers, specific performance:(1) the purchase of production, when the price of subsistence there is no advantage;(2) the sale of agricultural products is difficult;(3) between the government can not effectively communicate withIn response to these problems, this paper proposes two measures.
