In2008October, before restructuring, China’s major telecom operators in the telecom market share, China Mobile Company was in a leading position. Its product market share is far more than the sum of other carriers the number of product sales, and thus have a huge excess profits space, economic benefits to other telecommunications the operation on three to four times more than other operators and their operating income is three times more than others. On the other hand, China Mobile occupied most of the high-end user market. In fact, according to the market reaction to the data, China Mobile has formed the telecommunications industry monopoly.
