Research On The Establishment Of Learning Organization Of Erdos Group Company

In the1980s, along with the information industry innovation and economy development, all the enterprises were up against a complicated competition environment. The traditional organization frame and management theory were out of time. E.g. many famous companies went bankrupt one after the other at that time. Therefore, research how to adapt the new economy environment, how to improve enterprises’ competitive ability and how to extend enterprises’ lifecycle etc. had become business circles’ focus. At last, many scholars deflower China and foreign countries’ management culture, and then educe late-model learning organization theory. Learning organization’s strategic goal is to improve the learning speed and skill.
