In the current context of global economic integration, market is more competitive than ever, the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises encounters the same problems and challenges, which make demand of the informationization construction in enterprises. The North Heavy Industries Group is the only medium caliber artillery mobilization center and the rough artillery supplying base, also is the National Conventional weapons Enterprise. Because of its various kinds of products with small batches and customization, so that its informationization needs is complicated.
