The population of World Wide Web and electronic commerce , and the enhancement of global economic integration processes, have brought out wider-range, and more complex competitions for enterprise survival and development. They are not only competitions of products, services, technology, operation strategies and sales strategies, but also competitions of people and corporate culture. How to use the invisible"rudder"(corporate culture) to guide and inspirit staff in human resource management (HRM) to realize"people-oriented management"and"strategical incentive", thus infuse enterprise with lasting enthusiasm and vitality, is one of the problems that modern HRM has to consider about. Based on related domestic and overseas study results, modern HRM models have been studied and analyzed in this paper. By working over interactions between corporate culture and HRM , a materialized-corporate-culture-led HRM model is put forward, and its implementation in a company is also analyzed and evaluated.This paper first summarizes relationships between enterprise informationization environment and human resource management, and compares traditional HRM with modern HRM from 9 points of view, such as management thoughts, management model, management methods, etc. Through the study of the core ideologies and models of modern HRM, a new thought of modern HRM is put forward, that is, combining HRM with corporate culture construction.After studying the meaning, characteristics and functions of corporate culture, internal relationships and operational interactions between corporate culture and HRM are analyzed , and a virtuous circle is put forward. On this basis , a materialized-corporate-culture-led HRM model is brought forward, which develops from corporate-culture-led management model, combines HRM with corporate culture construction, and encourages the two interact and develop together. Besides, corporate culture materialization ways and methods in HRM, as well as HRM promotion ways in corporate culture construction are principally studied in this paper, based on which several HRM methods that can efficiently help achieving corporate culture materialization are introduced, including position cluster management, wide band salary management, career development planning and dynamic performance management, etc.
