Research And Analysis On Housing Management Information System Of Dehong

The housing provident fund system is a major part of housing security system in our country. With the gradual expansion of urban scale and the development of information technology, the business of the housing fund management center has gotten rapid renewal and development. The original management can’t meet the demands of the increasing business development. The center should speed up the pace of the information construction of the housing provident fund system, improve the management level of housing provident fund management institutions to the maximum utilization of funds, and strengthen the ability of risk prevention and control.Based on the daily management procedure of Dehong housing fund management center, this thesis probes into the management system’s demands and function, notes the existing problems of the system and clarifies the purpose and significance of this thesis. In the business analysis, this thesis analyzes the current situation, the existing problems, the institutional framework and the original management procedure of the center, and brings up a new management procedure including the collection management, withdrawal management, loan administration, business accounting management, client information management, and analysis and auxiliary decision-making management. In the functional analysis, this thesis clarifies the function of the system and designs an overall management system with database. The system architecture and function structure are presented in the meantime, in which package diagram and class diagram are used to express the function of the module design. In data analysis, the data related to each function of the system is analyzed, an entity class diagram is presented and a database table structure is established. Finally, the thesis makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and puts forward the future research in this field.
