With the development of modern science and technology, sophisticated automation technology,and production efficiency, the logistics industry is facing several challenges and opportunities.Making use of computer and information technology to schedule warehouse task as a management model, reducing production costs, and improving efficiency, that is a inherent requirement of logistics enterprises to enhance the competitiveness. To develop a scheduling management system for logistics enterprise, and manage the task allocation more legitimately effectively, this paper studies the ring shuttle dispatching system and analyzes the annular shuttle car operation principle and warehousing task scheduling rules.The paper includes the following aspects:Firstly, based on studying the works of logistics scheduling, task allocation principles, scheduling status, and analysis of the problems in scheduling parts, to complete the demand analysis of the operation scheduling management system and the overall design of the annular shuttle operation scheduling system;Secondly, analyzing the features of the operation scheduling management system and initialization modeling for the system in orbit, crossing, shuttle cars and state, that is to provide the basic conditions for the normal operation of the system;Thirdly, analyzing the shuttle car and crossing failure problems of the system and studying the reasons that how the fault problems happen, which provides a basis for proposed solutions;Fourthly, studying scheduling long-time and low-tasking efficiency problems in ring shuttle scheduling system, analyzing the corresponding mathematical model, and coding the exhaustive algorithm and heuristic algorithm, that is a way to find reasonable and effective algorithm for this system, then code;Fifthly, to implement the entirely built of the system, this paper designs each sub-module of the ring shuttle car operation scheduling system in detail and analyzes the intrinsic relationship between the modules.On the base of these studies above, VS2010 and Qt are chose to implement the operational dispatch management system. The system manages the scheduled tasks in depth,improves the efficiency of task allocation effectively, and arranges the shuttle car to perform the appropriate tasks reasonably, which is to reduce the serious time loss in task residence and shuttle car blocked, and achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of doing business.
