With the rapid development of automation technology,the traditional artificial storage system has been difficult to meet the needs of flexible production in manufacturing enterprises.Automation and intelligent technology promote the upgrade of warehouse hardware equipment,and improve the flexible application level of warehousing technology and equipment.At the same time,with the snobbish guidance of national policy,more and more logistics,e-commerce,and production enterprises are using green logistics technology and equipment.This paper focuses on the SBS/RS with cross shuttle based on the perspective of energy consumption,aiming to obtain an optimized green scheduling plan and green parameter setting plan under low energy consumption,which can meet the requirements of speed and green development.First of all,for the problem of system parameter configuration in dual-command cycle,this paper analyzes the system operation mode and builds the average travel time model of aisle shuttle,cross shuttle and lift,and throughput model of SBS/RS.Then this paper comprehensively considers the actual energy consumption of the system,established the mean energy consumption model of tasks.By conducting numerical experiments,the different influence of operating parameters of each equipment on energy consumption is analyzed,the selection method of velocity profiles is designed,and the velocity profile under minimum energy consumption that meet different throughput requirements is obtained.The relationship between travel time,throughput and energy consumption is further analyzed,which provides a reference for the operation parameters of enterprise green configuration system.Then,as for the outbound task scheduling problem in single-command cycle,this paper take the minimum energy consumption cost of the outbound task as the optimization objective.Considering the uniqueness and continuity of the task,as well as the constraints such as the cooperative operation of aisle shuttle,cross shuttle and lift,the green scheduling model of outbound task is established.To solve the problem,the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)is designed.The stability and efficiency of different algorithms are analyzed through several groups of examples,which provides guidance for the efficient solution of task green scheduling problem.
