Under the natural and man-made disasters of society, fire officers and soldiers to arise as a consequence of the disaster caused by the produced a great relief, however, as the use of fire fighting equipment and finishing, but there is a bigger problem. Resulting in a waste of funds, equipment idle and rescue time equipment failure caused by the serious consequences. In this paper, through the systematic research management and application of fire fighting equipment, the paper discusses the timeliness and safety of the use and scheduling of equipment in the optimization of intelligent results. In the people to people’s livelihood security needs increase and the disaster may arise in the future. And need to fire forces combat capability across the region continues to improve, build efficient, professional, unified equipment management system is building a fire rescue dynamic ring based.This paper takes the information construction of Yingtan city public security fire brigade as a sample, and puts forward the management of the equipment management business process, the waste of resources and the complexity of scheduling. And in the network of today, the system can not only be widely used in Yingtan, but also through the Internet and other places to discuss the fire brigade, the exchange of experience, information sharing. So as to realize the scientific and intelligent of modern fire fighting.
