Design And Implementation Of QHSE Management Platform

With the development of computer, multimedia and network technology, mankind has entered the information society. Information and knowledge play increasingly important roles in modern society. Information resources have become tremendous impetuses in social development. Various enterprise and organizations have advanced informatization’s work by using the Internet. At the same time, WEB development technology, as a typical distributed application framework, has developed to maturity.This paper has developed the QHSE Management Information System according to the needs of a QHSE management department, which belongs to a enterprise’s construction center in Tianjin. This system used Visual Studio 2012 as the development platform and utilized the advantages of developing Web application by ASP.NET. Combined with B/S structure, C# and SQL Server 2008, it developed technology and built efficient network application. Due to enterprise’s need and features, we put the role-based access control concept into this system frame. In the meantime, this system optimizes business process on the base of enterprise’s actual process. Eventually we developed this QHSE Management Information System, which is with prefect function. This system achieved the desired effect.This paper introduces the present situation of the development of QHSE management system and management information system first. After that, according to the investigating and studying on the QHSE management department’s actual needs, we chose the best program to develop this system. Then we designed each functional module and optimized business process to let them meet the requirements of informatization. At the base of demand analysis and system design, this paper deeply describes the way of RBAC concept realized in this system. At last, this paper shows the each functional module.
