In the era of big data of telecom services environment, user information and the safety of the service data is Telecom Company can provide perfect service is an important content. In order to safeguard the safety of the user application data equipment, use of data have more precise insight into customer needs, improve the intelligent level of the telecom industry, and provide the ability to obtain new business from the data mining become the new demands for the telecom industry. Therefore, the development of taizhou telecom data safety equipment management information system is very necessary, will greatly improve the telecommunications company’s actual business operation and production capacity.In this paper, the design objective of the system is presented:the phenomenon of automatic positioning of the safety fault, and the processing of the customer data, the software assistant processing, to achieve the standard operation process, reduce human error, and improve the accuracy of fault handling. Based on the development project of Taizhou telecom data and equipment safety management information system, the paper adopts B/S three frameworks to realize the system analysis and design method, and realizes the application data security management, equipment safety management, network security management, system management and other major functions. System analysis is based on the needs analysis, the expression pattern of each module is completed by the package, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and other forms. The method uses the traditional E-R method, and then draws the entity attribute graph, ER graph and database table structure. The results show that the system is stable and can meet the needs of the telecom equipment industry.
