Based on the development project of Taizhou telecom data and equipment safety management information system, the paper adopts B/S three frameworks to realize the system analysis and design method, and realizes the application data security management, equipment safety management, network security management, system management and other major functions. System analysis is based on the needs analysis, the expression pattern of each module is completed by the package, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and other forms. The method uses the traditional E-R method, and then draws the entity attribute graph, ER graph and database table structure. The results show that the system is stable and can meet the needs of the telecom equipment industry.
