Research And Analysis On Catalog Management System Of Zhejiang Shuren University

Zhejiang shuren University library cataloging work contains:book acquisitioning management; book label management; book cataloging management; bookscataloging query; book catalog statistics, many still use manual with low efficiency. In order to better efficient and fast growing on the solution of the library’s literature resources, need to design a scientific books cataloging management system, improve the efficiency of book cataloguing work and personnel efficiency, to improve the quality of service means and service of the library.This paper introduces the cataloging management system research background, significance and current status of research and application, and clarified the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the problems of system, organization, the original business processes are analyzed in this paper, we presented the optimized business processes; in function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, the overall function gives the system package diagram and package diagram sub functions, including books management, books management, interview label cataloging production management, query management, cataloguing cataloguing sub statistical package diagram; in data analysis, thesis on the function of the system is required to process data are analyzed, the entity class diagram is given, the establishment of the database table structure; finally, summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work is prospected.
