Research And Analysis On Information Work Management System Of Zhejiang Guangsha Construction Vocational And Technical College

This article introduced the researching background of Zhejiang Guangsha College of Applied Construction Technology (ZGCAC) information management system. It discussed the significance and importance of this project. Superior departments take advantage of internal information to grasp school situations. Accordingly, school can make decisions on the basis of guidance. Well-organized information work plays an important role in transmit orders between superior and subordinate. This paper outlined the problems to be solved during system development. This paper proposed system design goal and made detailed needs analysis to ZGCAC. The initial operation flow is analyzed. According to business process reengineering, new work flows are provided with new business flow charts. In the phrase of functional analyses, the overall module design is made. This system consists of information collection, classification and edit, information processing, feedback management, statistics and analysis, basic information management and system management.UML modeling, which includes use case diagrams and function block diagram (Figure Pack), is used to describe the system. In the stage of data analysis, thumbnails and entity class diagrams are applied. Database details are shown by database table. At the last, the paper summarizes the research, describes the main work that I have done. It also pointed out existing shortage and prospected the further works.
