MOOC is a new star explosively growing in e-learning field in recent years, as well as a new stage of the development of e-learning system. It’s very popular among universities with its features of high-involvement, strong constraint and more interaction. And its properties of massive and wide transmission allow some participating institutions to benefit a lot, but meanwhile increase the threshold to obtain benefits and make contribution. Thus, the reform to traditional e-learning system by using the form and means of MOOC based on MOOC thinkings becomes prominently necessary.This paper introduces present research and application of network-learning system at stage of MOOC, analyzes the meaning of MOOC projects,and clarifies main contents and main tasks of the research; this paper also makes business analysis, describes and analyzes the existing problems such as lacking effective restraint mechanism and excessive vertical institution, and also proposes optimized MOOC system business flow; in the analysis of the system’s functional requirements, this paper makes use-case analysis and use-case description around each main roles, clarifies major functions of the system, and provides general features package diagram and sub-features package diagram; in the data analysis, this paper makes analysis to the data that need to handle by each function,gives entity-relationship diagram, and establishes corresponding detailed data table structure; at last this paper makes summary to the research and analysis of the system, and expresses prospect to the further research and analysis of e-learning system upon MOOC thinking.
