Research And Analysis On Enrollment Management System Of Music And Dance College In Zunyi Normal University

In recent years, with the "art examination hot" continues to heat up, more and more art examinee flood into art colleges to apply different professional. Art enrollment examination is different from common entrance examination. Art enrollment examination has a separate professional course examination. From the beginning of enrollment to the end of admission, the amount of information has increased dramatically, which has brought tremendous pressure on the enrollment work of art colleges and universities. Admissions office staff is short-handed, the candidates apply information is large, high accuracy rate of information, and the time is urgent to submit, all of them are existing problems among art college admissions work, so the research and analysis a set of enrollment management system that meet the practical requirement of enrollment work will reduce the workload, reduce the error rate, improve the efficiency of enrollment, and promote the school’s information construction.This thesis adopts the method of Object Oriented Research and Analysis. At first, this thesis introduces research background, significance and current research and application of enrollment manage information system and makes clear the content and the main content. In the section of business analysis, first elaborates the existing problems in the present salary management business, analyzes the existing business process, and gives the optimized business process in view of the shortcomings of the original business process.In the section of functional analysis, this thesis makes clear the function of the system through the analysis of cases and the use case description, including some sub use cases such as:system management, basic information management, enrollment management, test management, second-round exam management, score management and acceptance management According to the use case diagram gives the overall function of the system package diagram and the sub function package diagram, including system management, basic information management, enrollment management, test management, second-round exam management, score management and acceptance management package diagram.In the section of data analysis, this thesis analysis the data that system functions need to deal with and gives the entity relationship diagram and establishes database table structure. In the end, this thesis summarizes the previous research and analysis and gives the next step of the work carries out in the future.
