Research And Analysis On Examination System Of Fine Arts Majors In Honghe University

Honghe University in 2003 upgraded to a university, School of music, Academy of Fine Arts consists of two colleges 13. With the growing size of the school, the discipline category continues to increase, now open 60 undergraduate majors, including art class 10. Since 2008, the school has organized a professional school in Shandong, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Guangxi and other provinces, as a basis for the selection of a large number of professional quality of the students, the school art class quality has been continuously improved and consolidated.Most of the school art class professional enrollment is the use of school test results, so the annual art of professional school test and score a great workload, and a major responsibility. The current use of the score is the full manual operation, the high error rate and personnel, financial investment is great, but also affect the school information construction, so the school is urgent need to tailor a set of scoring system to assist in the completion of the work of art.In this paper, the author analyzes the experience of art students enrollment in Honghe University, combining with the experience of the author’s years of organizing art. Author to the Jiangxi Normal University, Yunnan Normal University, Qujing Normal University College of on-the-spot investigation, in the study analysis the issues related to a large number of the scoring system of literature data base, the school art class scoring system, carries on the demand analysis. In this paper, we analyze the functional requirements of the scoring system, such as user management, staff management, score management, performance management, professional management and other business processes. Through the UML model analysis, the use cases and participants of the system, the form of the package diagram shows the system components and the system of the various parts. The overall structure of the system, the function of each module and the database design are analyzed and designed. The structure diagram, the use case diagram and activity diagram of each module are given, and the relationship chart of the database entity is given.Design of Honghe University fine arts class specialized test scoring system can effectively improve the Honghe University the art class score work efficiency and eliminate the error rate, shorten working hours, streamlining staff to significantly reduce costs and enhance the level of information.
