| With the rapid development of computer technology, the industry management, office methods have changed, resulting from the using of advanced information technology such as computer technology and network technology and so on. The Application of computer for management not only improves the work efficiency, but also greatly reduces the operation cost. In recent years with the expanding requirements of Submission and author, newspapers and periodicals manuscript industry are facing increasingly demands of data processing. So it is an imminent work for newspapers and periodicals manuscript industry to improve the publishing efficiency by constructing Network-based MIS system.This dissertation firstly introduces the background and significance of the JiangSu Journal of Modern Express manuscript management system, and then presents the research situation at home and abroad of the management information system and the design objective of the system; On the demand analysis of the system, this dissertation analyzes main business requirements for example the author user registration, the user information verify, the authors contributors, manuscript processing and manuscript audit. According to the analysis mentioned above, this dissertation conducts the function requirement analysis, business requirements analysis and gives the use case diagram and functional package diagram of the system.In the data requirements analysis, this dissertation conducts a detailed data-function analysis by means of functional package diagram, class thumbnail diagram, and sequence diagram for author management, author contributions management, manuscript processing management, review management and system management. And then the conceptual design and logic design of system database. We also gives the database table structure; finally the development work of JiangSu Modern Express manuscript management system is summarized and prospected.By using the manuscript management system for JiangSu modern express the processing in manuscript becomes more systematic and standardized, and realizes the sharing of the manuscript information resources, improves the quality of contribution and eventually realize the integration of submission, processing and issued audit. |
