As the scale of universities has been expanding year by year, the management of class assessment in universities is facing great challenges in information era. The traditional management of class assessment has many demerits like low efficiency, being mistake-prone, being not open, being not transparency and not easy to share, which affects the daily work of class assessment in the university. To the question and for settling the requirements of equity, fairness and open in class assessment, an information management system named one-thousand-points assessment system has been designed.This thesis first presents the literature review and current problems, and then discusses the significance and importance of the project. Then the system requirements are raised and detailed need analysis, functional requirements and data requirements are conducted, which followed with the corresponding activity diagrams, usecase diagrams and conceptual class diagrams. Afterwards, the thesis designs the main functions and database in detail. The corresponding package diagrams, class diagrams are drawn in functional module design. Entity class attributes diagram and class-relationship diagram are drawn in database logical design and database table structure are presented in database physical design. Finally, the thesis summarizes the work and shortcoming, discusses its prospect in the end.
