Design And Implementation Of Internet Petition System

China is now online petition situation is that the country has a complaint acceptance center, the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions are also set up their own online petition acceptance platform, the city and County District, the county has set up a platform for online petition. Through the investigation, analysis and research of the domestic and foreign online petition system, the author puts forward a new set of design and implementation of the online petition system, the construction of a unified online petition platform.This paper comprehensively expounds the present situation of the online petition system, the needs of the work, the overall design, detailed design, system testing and other aspects of the system, and focuses on the detailed design and implementation of the online petition system. In the system design, the author designs the user interface and the business flow chart according to the requirement analysis, and designs the storage procedure and the cursor, which improves the performance and the efficiency of the system. In the process of system testing, a complete test case is written to ensure the smooth implementation of the system.The current system testing has been completed, will provide the basis for the reform of our country’s system of letters and visits.
