Design And Implementnation Of SOA-based Letters And Visits Management System

Letters and Visits work is the 'window' and 'bridge' that the party and the government contact people,through the establishment of complaint management system,setting up information management platform to carry out the complaint reporting.At present,as the government introduces various relief policies,there is a downturn in the number of letters and visits all parts of the country,but the total amount is still in a high level.It not only brings the government the great pressure on the reception and appeasement,but sets forth a higher requirement for the huge data processing and analysis.In this thesis,according to the actual situation of the complainant,in view of the problems existing in the management process of the handling of complaint reporting,adopting B/S three-layer application architecture,based on SOA technology and Oracle11 g,the complaint management system is designed and implemented and the business logic and presentation logic are separated by using the MVC design pattern.Letter system has realized the information release module,management module,visit management module,case management module,information query module,statistics module and the user management module.By applying the complaint management system,the staff can be more efficient for handling various management work of complaint reporting,and it can improve the ability of handling in letters and visits,and it can provide the relevant management personnel with the fast and accurate data statistics.Ability of the complaint management is beneficial to strengthen the relationship betwewn the party and the government and people,to perfect the approaches of the will of the people's freedom of expression,effectively solve the diputes among the individuals,between the individual and the collective,between the individual and the nation,promote social stable and orderly development.
