Design And Development Of CATIC Knowledge Management System Based On Mass Storage And Intelligent Retrieval

In the background of the explosive growth of knowledge in AVIC, how to organize,manage and use the existing knowledge, and do well in the continuous accumulation,transformation and deposition of knowledge is the key problems. The application of information technology promoted the rapid development of AVIC, and the benchmarking cases of knowledge management relying on information technology hasbeen formed. Therefore, the information technology can be used to solve those problems. Through developing and using the specialized knowledge management system, the staffs can use PCto quickly find the knowledge, experience and all kinds of rules, etc., which provides basic sources for work and innovation, so as to reduce the labor and improve the efficiency;and they can constantly acquire their deficiency knowledge, including the new knowledge, other majors and fields of knowledge, so that they can learn and innovate to prevent the ageing of knowledge, and gradually become composite knowledge-based talent to realize management innovation, and support the aircraft development, production and services.Aiming at those problems, with the theory study on knowledge management, mass storage, intelligent retrieval technology, based on analysis of AVIC knowledge management requirements, the mass knowledge storage and intelligent search have been realized through software technology.The Paper mainly includes:1.Through the theory study on knowledge management, the knowledge classification systemhas been established, and the accurate and authoritative mass knowledge base has been built finally.2. Based on the mass knowledge resources, the feasible storage solution has been formed in order to meet the rapid growth of knowledge resources.3. Based on the search and display technology,quick search, multi-dimensional display and the correlationreorganization of knowledge have been studied.4. Based on mass storage and intelligent search technology, the knowledge management system for AVIC has been developed.
