The credit business records are primary document and reference basis about loan management work of bank.They have good value of finding and historical materials.It is important to Strong post-loan management funds,guard against financial risks and ensure the safety of credit assets.The traditional credit business records management depends on the paper files.Its Managing process is complexity,limited by time and space and low-severity. It is waste of manpower, materials, assets also.So the paper credit client files must be replaced by the electronic credit client files.The writer analyzes systematically the credit client file management of the state-owned bank branches based his practical work.The research purpose is scientific management of the state-owned bank branches.The thesis analyzes organization and the original business process in business analysis.The existing shortcomings are found.The original business processes are reengineered and the optimized business processes are given.The thesis determins the system function through role definition,use case analysis and description in function analysis.The overall package diagram of system function are given and refined to sub-package diagram such as file collection management,file sorting management,file lending management,file destroy management,data management and system management and so on.In data analysis the control class diagrams are given.The data required for operation are trimed through system thumbnail class diagrams and the entity class diagrams are given.Then the database table are established.At last the thesis summarizes all the research and analysis and prospects the further work in the future.
