Information tide affects technology, economy, market and social environment which relates to survival and development of an enterprise. With the rapid development of telecommunication technology and computer technology, application of modern management information system is more and more widely in various enterprises. The development of China Unicom has promoted the development of China’s telecommunications industry. The development purposes of Guizhou Unicom company big customer management information system research and analysis is to make the various kinds of information related to the customer’s systematic, standardized and automated.In the paper the research of the big customer management information system of Guizhou Unicom Company are done. The research background, significance, and current research and application status of the system determines the content of the study. Business analysis includes the problems existing in the system, Original business process and the optimized business processes including big customer data management, big customer product management and so on. Functional analysis includes use case analysis and use case description. The proper function of the system is determined, and all the function package diagrams of the big customer management information system of Guizhou Unicom Company are obtained. The data analysis includes the corresponding data of each function of the system. The entity class relationship diagrams are given and the database table structure is used to store data.The research of the big customer management information system of Guizhou Unicom Company is relatively complete.
