It is according to government’s overall objective:Ningbo characteristic,Shanghai framework and leaded by the achievement of Ningbo port administration’s "port supervision innovation project", which provide enterprise service and industrial zone management. Shanghai E&P international inc participate and through competitive bidding, contracted to build Ningbo Meishan bonded port area comprehensive information platform project. I am responsible for the overall construction as the project manager during the construction period. The essay is based on actual background of this project to launch research and development work..Firstly,this essay introduces the business management model, Customs clearance model and business processes model of Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Zone; analyzes and summarizes the basic functions of the system; meanwhile, combined with actual local situation, deeply survey and analyze users’ need planning system function module. Secondly, the core technique refer to the project has been analyzed and studied, the framework based on J2EE has been designed and constructed,meanwhile, the core function module like application of object-oriented design and development method for data exchange center, single-multi report,e watercraft unified report, etc, have been particularly designed, analyzed and then implemented. Finally, the essay summarizes the works done and prospects the next step of research. Now Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Zone comprehensive information platform has passed united acceptance led by General Administration of Customs and step into actual operation phase. During these time,the system runs stable, business process smoothly, meeting the design requirements.
