Zhongshan Zhuo Ya foreign language schools in the management of more than 2000 students, is basically a traditional management approach, invigilating teacher planning, using Office software using spreadsheets for scores and statistics, in teachers’ planning, on the handling of student information, student achievement statistics takes a lot of manpower, and prone to error. This thesis aims to study and address ongoing status quo in Zhongshan Zhuo Ya language school, intends to design and implement an information management system of Zhongshan Zhuo ya problems faced by foreign language school.Paper introduces the background of the item, general description of the present system needs to face and solve the problem, the meaning and importance of the project was analyzed and briefly introduces the contents of the system, and I am responsible for the system work; thesis Zhongshan Foreign Language School examination Trafalgar related work carried out a detailed, real-world business analysis, business analysis examination of existing processes, not only graphically describes the existing process, but also analysis various problems that exist in the process, and therefore proposed business process reengineering; then, papers from a functional perspective the system was analyzed, the system data flow diagram, function block diagram; later, it was on the system data analysis, especially for the various system entities, entity relationships are described, and gives database table design; at the end of the paper, the project has been an overall summary overview of later work and projects elaborated.
