Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Jiangmen Chinese Medicine School

With the development of information system in China, the development of the management information system based on the B/S structure of the Internet platform is developing rapidly, and it plays a huge role. As the mass organization of the students, the school community is responsible for maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of the students and promoting the harmonious development of the society. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of the community members. This paper introduces the Jiangmen TCM school community management system research background, significance and current status of research and application, and clarified the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the problems of system, organization, the original business processes were analyzed, given the optimized business process; in functional analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, the overall function gives the system package diagram and package diagram sub functions, including the construction of agency management (establishment management, community leaders, members of management) (membership management, membership management, community activities from management) (management activities planning, community activities, community activities, audit summary) association activity funds management (funding for community activities, community activities funding approval), community management system (system of society development, society audit system, the system of society publicity), the basic information management (community information management, member information management, information management system, leader member information management), system management (user management, role management, rights management) sub package diagram; in data analysis, the every function of system of the need to deal with data were analyzed, given the entity relationship diagram established database table structure. At the end of the paper, the research and analysis are summarized, and the further work is prospected.This paper has initially formed the idea of the construction of the community management system of the traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangmen, and also completed the overall design of the system, which laid a foundation for the development and research of the system.
