The automatic welding system is a main auxiliary equipment of the fixed piles in offshore oil drilling, including mechanical and electrical control parts, electrical control is the core part. This paper mainly explains the design and implementation of the electronic control system. Electrical part as the core part of the whole mechanical and electrical integration, mainly consist the power control box and welding control box.These two parts are connected with the field bus to form a fieldbus control system.System electrical part is divided into two parts, hardware and software, the hardware part uses C8051F040 microcontroller as the main control chip, plus motor driver, voltage current sensor, and other functional modules. In addition, the hardware circuit of the system is designed, which includes the design of the processing circuit of the analog signal, the design of the photoelectric isolation circuit and the design of the differential signal circuit. The software uses C language as programming language,including AD sampling, CAN bus communication, walking motor control; wire feed motor control, welding voltage control.This thesis discusses the design and debug of the whole system from the control principle, system scheme design, hardware circuit design, software design and system debugging. Through on-site commissioning, it is proved to meet the design requirements.
