The soft magnetic material is getting widely used in the field of communication development and devices application because of its excellent electromagnetic properties.The intermetallic Fe3Si was prepared by using the mechanical alloying method and hot-press sintering technology. Vector network analyzer and the cavity perturbation method were used to characterize and analyze the effect of dielectric and magnetic permeability..Through the research of structure, the radiation mechanism and feeding-mode.I simulated it on 3D electromagnetic software HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator), setting up the new material and then builded model at last. The model was based on lumped port incentive and coaxial feeding-mode. Through the model establishment and electromagnetic simulation to discovery the impact on the performance of circular polarization antenna, etc. At last, I maked a performance simulation to compare with the other two kinds of most commonly used substrate material(FR- 4 Epoxy, Rogers RO4350).Firstly, realizing the structure、the radiation microstrip antenna and the feeding-mode,and the theory how the circular polarized wave worked.To make sure the design-scheme to study the substrate in microstrip patch antenna. The research was based on the structure of patch-substrate-ground plate, the coaxial probe feeding way and separation DSof degenerate perturbation unit.Secondly, putting several groups of Fe3Si material prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressed sintering, and then looking for the dielectric and magnetic permeability by vector network analysis method and cavity perturbation method. I could found that the change tendency overall stably or slightly down along with the frequency increasement. Dielectric constantly was about 4.77.Permeability was about 1.55 in the GHZ microwave period of VHF 2- 16 GHz.Finally, I could found that the model based on Fe3Si materials of the microstrip patch antenna working in good condition after the model feasibility simulation in 3.75 GHz frequency point.The voltage standing wave ratio VSWR bandwidth was about 400 MHz.The AR axial ratio performance well so that the circular polarization antenna radiation wave had realized. By compared with the other two kinds of substrate materials antenna model, it got little change on the radiation directivity,and a little bit more increasement on radiation gain but the decreasement on model size obviously.
