Mobile customer service center system set a telephone communication equipment, Internet, fax, computer communications, such as office at an organic whole. IVR system can realize the voice self-service process control of the business, implement the data query, business consulting, business is dealt with and reclined at the table data interaction.This article focuses on the huawei INTESS customer Service platform, on the basis of using the SCE (Service Creation Environment), the development of heilongjiang mobile customer IVR system program. This application implements mobile customer service center system, automated voice service function, service content contains information query, business consulting, business and so on three big modules. First IVR by languages, prompt the user to choose the appropriate language services and have language memory function, and then according to the corresponding language tips welcome, at last, by automatic voice menu guide customers choose self-help service type; In addition, the data type by telephone collect customer information, information of specific data message, through the interface is used to convert the proxy server and transmitted to a trading platform for processing, then prompt in the form of voice, SMS, E-mail to the customer.This system has certain innovative in terms of design and technology, at present this system has been launched and stable running, and got the user’s consistent high praise.
