The Design And Development Of Educational Administration System Of Huayu International Education Group

Huayu International Education Group is a large education training department which focuses on IT technic training. There are over 1000 staff members and about6000 students on the campus. Now it has become a modern big IT training educational department. With the increase of students, it brought a lot of new problems especially in teaching management. The orient student information management system which based on hand operation could not match with the development of Huayu International Education Group. Therefore, the teachers of the group designed the teaching management information system which in line with the characteristics of the group.The paper is according to the program process of ragular system which start from requirement analysis to general design until detail design, at last it made system test.All above contents expained the process of design and development of this teaching management information system in detail. This system adopted advanced MVC frame design and based on Windows Server 2008 operation system and with J2 EE, while data base adopted SQLServe2005. During the course of programing, it used B/S development mode. After the realistic test, the system function is complete and meet the requirement in teaching management of the group.The test result and the using effect showed that the system achieved the expecting effect.This system is an innovation for traditional teaching management mode which could enhance the teaching management level and teaching quality. At the same time,it could decrease the wordload of staff members and increase the efficience. The research has positive social production value and applicaton value.
