Thirty Meters Prestressed hollow-fabricated board bridge light weight as a result of light deadweight, large Center-hollowed ratio of section, low building height and light graceful shape, in recent years it become a relatively wide application.With the growth of operating time, such a bridge were also exposed in a series of diseases, such as, low beam rigidity, traffic impact, obvious vibration effect; quality of beam construction is not easy to control, cracking damage during operation; Longitudinal Crack of Bridge Deck along the hinge joints is Universal. With economic development, axle load of highway load is getting higher and higher, overloading is common, thus aggravating the development of structural defects, resulting in inadequate bearing capacity of some bridges, reinforcing measures need to be taken.The reinforcement method of Subject Research is different from any kinds of reinforcement methods, itis referred to as "remove beam and add rib". It removed some beams, and averagely distribute residual beam in the original scope of uniform width, the new prestressed concrete rib is between beam. New rib with the old beam form lateral rigidity through bridge deck pavement. By tensioning rib prestressed steel strands and adjusting the stress state of origin beam , to improve transverse distribution of a bridge , to enhance lateral rigidity , to enhance the bearing capacity or improve forced state of using stage. Transverse connection of old and new structure can be divided into rigid joint and articulated, they can be achieve through different transverse connection.By analyzing the characteristics of different methods of reinforcement, they are analyzed and compared from technical performance, economic performance and mechanical performance. The results show that from the point view of increase the bearing capacity, rigid joint has advantages of lateral rigidity large and integrated good, it can significantly increase the carrying capacity.However, transverse connection yet need be tested.Through the 1:1 full-size model test, to verify linking performance and new and force performance of old and new structures in the construction and the normal use phase, to determine reasonably the form of horizontal link, master new rib prestressed how to influence on old board members and own, to ensure the safety and reliability after the reinforcement of the bridge. To provide technical basis for reinforcement of thirty meters Unbonded prestressed bridge hollow board.
