In this paper, a systematic study has been spread out for finding the cracking ofthe oblique section of the beam end plate pre-tensioned pre-stressed girder and givingout the method of repair and reinforcement, so as to provide reference for thestructural safety warning as well as repair and maintenance of the cracked girder.By simulating the plate girder in the operation process by designing loads andcyclic overloading environment, the beam end plate girder diagonal cracking processof destruction has been recreated, while its failure mechanism been analyzed. Byanalyzing the response parameters (deflection calibration factor, residual deflectionand crack changes, etc.) of the structure under load, the actual safety margin of thepre-tensioned panels Beams Shear Capacity has been summed up, while the overloadfactor causing the cracking been obtained; Moreover, the structural safety factor hasbeen proposed, and the functional relationship with the girder cracking has beenestablished. Considering the actual situation of the plate girder beam end cracking,applicable and workable pre-stressed girder beam bottom transverse cracking bondedsteel, carbon fiber reinforcement method has been brought forward, and thereinforcement effect has also been verified.
