Prestressed concrete changing section wide hollow slab bridge belongs to a kind of the beam bridge, Because of its structural stress clear and construction process simple widely applied in our country, But as the service life and traffic transportation were growthing sharply, This kind of disease problem appear on the bridge increasingly significant. In order to decide whether reinforcement and reconstruction or demolish rebuild accurate decision, and in the light of diseases, put forward the corresponding reinforcement method, it needs to be in service on the bridge of bridge engineering appearance test and bearing capacity assessment.This paper firstly analyzed according to the test results of the disease causes, and WuYiJiang bridge to rely on engineering was quantized assess, get the result of that need reinforcement and reconstruction, and then we compare the ultimate bearing capacity of single block of hollow slab that uses the formula of standard and finite element calculation software ANSYS with load effect of Bridge of normal use phase that used to calculate by SAP2000 and Midas Civil, and calculating coefficient capacity is less than 1. In order to further explore the iendon hollow plate real situations, From active service in the hollow slab to dismantle veneer for bending destructive testing, The test results obtained including corresponding point displacement and strain, development situation of crack, stiffness degradation and limit bearing capacity are all good with theoretical practical analysis are identical degree, and proposed in this foundation stiffness degradation theoretical formulas.According to the typical crack defect of hollow slab bridge, we put forward several rational reinforcement reinforcing scheme, and reinforced scheme comparison and selection, to get the most significant draws reinforcement effect of mixing consolidation method—Steel connection hollow slab and composite surfacing method. We have analyzed the internal reinforcement effect of bridge that used and did not uses this method by SAP2000 deeply, and combined with the static load test results of engineering example—Hong mei bridge that used and did not uses this method, and then draw a result that is effect significantly to reduce the internal force of hollow slab with this kind of reinforcement measures strengthening, it improved overall mechanical properties of the bridge, and it solved the problem of single slab bearing loads that is typical diseases occured, For Prestressed concrete changing section wide hollow slab bridge reinforcement renovation choose this kind of plan provides theoretical basis. The reinforcement technique and quality inspection evaluation standard t is adopted in this subject will be very important reference value to formulating specifications for strengthening of types of similar bridges in our country in the future.
