Commissioned for corporate that detect the engine cylinder wear without dismantling topics,this paper studied the rapid detection methods and implementation of product design of cylinder engine wear and tear on the vehicles.Put forward the theory and design that based on multi-band multi-point optical wear detection system and set up a mathematical model;Developed the survey-meter of cylinder engine wear and tear on the vehicles that which used the embedded microprocessor as the core,apply the modern Optic and electronic technology,automatically detects to control the location algorithm and smart technology of the data acquisition and processing;This topic solving the problem of detect the engine cylinder wear without dismantling,improve the efficiency of the detection.The topic’s evaluation conclusion is the area of engine cylinder wear without dismantling it has obviously innovation and already reached to advanced domestic level.First,through lots of investigation and collected the data of the cylinder wear’s change rule and measurement technique,learn the recent state-of-the-art of the engine cylinder wear detect,and compare these technique especially the study of engine cylinder wear detection. The twelve points space structure of detector founded the mathematics model.The paper illustrates the key technique of design the hardware;Design the hardware based on EPC-8900 Embedded system,including demand on light source,design of light channel,control unit of periphery circuit,precision operation amplify circuit and data-collection model etc.The paper illustrates the software Windows CE operate system and Embedded Visual C++4.0 programming method as the key technique of design;Based on the above design the data collection and processing program.Finally,analysis the measurement date,conclusion the hole function and wake point,and rise the suggestion and measure.
