Study On Cold Recycler Electric-hydraulic Control Technology

With the rapid development of China’s highway construction, the maintenance, renovation and expansion of the road system have become increasingly onerous, boosting the development of the cold recycling technology, which can protect the environment and reuse the resources. The road cold recycling machine is a key part to realizing the cold recycling technology, thus its importance increases gradually. At present, the research on the road cold recycling machine is scanty, especially lacking the research of the electro-hydraulic control technology, which is the core technology. This paper analyzes the development of the cold recycling machine and the electro-hydraulic control technology at home and abroad. Accordingly, based on China XCMG Road Cold Recycling Machine(XLZ230K), the paper introduces the advantages of the in-place recycling technology and illustrates the structure, working principle, and electro-hydraulic control technology of the cold recycling machines.The electro-hydraulic control system of the cold recycling machine consists mainly of the following parts: the travel control system, the milling depth control system, the spray control system, the steering control system, and the independent cooling systems, etc. This paper investigates the configuration and control principle of each control system, and gives the control scheme according to actual demands.The milling depth’s accuracy and watering amount are vital indicators that measure the quality of the cold recycling machine. Therefore, this paper studies the milling depth control system and the sprinkler control system in detail. This paper explores the traditional milling depth control scheme. To address the existing problems, we propose a new control scheme and control algorithm. The experiment proves that the new programs reduce the errors and improve the accuracy of the milling depth control. This paper also probes the intelligent control spray system and gives the corresponding control algorithm and feasible control scheme, which have already been put into practical application.Finally, this paper takes China XCMG Road Cold Recycling Machine(XLZ230K) as an example to complete the design of the hardware and software of the whole control system...
