Compared with traditional road repair process, cold reclaimers has great advantages of low cost, short cycle, cold reclaimers is getting more and more recognition of the region, in all parts of the country whcih have been used very widely.Cold reclaimers as the cold recycling construction technology of pavement is the key equipment which has developed rapidly in recent years. But compared to the Paver,Cold planer, Cold reclaimer development history is short, the equipment of all kinds of theoretical research and test analysis is relatively small, domestic Cold reclaimers has developed rapidly, but the gap with the imported equipment is still relatively large.In this article, for cold reclaimers hydraulic system design and power matching, do the following research,from the construction characteristics of cold reclaimer, according to the functional requirements of each part of the machine, and do the performance analysis and hydraulic system design of of cold reclaimer. Put forward the selection of the hydraulic system pressure can be formulated with reference to the selection of engine torque reserve principle.Be designed and calculated for hydraulic system, Write simple calculation method that the hydraulic system and engine power matching, it is easy to calculate the matching and the error is relatively small, and. finally, do the hydraulic system design and selection of the hydraulic components. Through the cement stabilized soil pavement milling test, the ultimate load control of the dynamic matching test, the test results show the basic theory and data, and it verify the theoretical feasibility of the matching calculation method. In addition, the article also calculated the hydraulic system of power loss and heat sink size.
