Green building is consistent with the sustainable development strategy of our country, changed extensive development of traditional building, reduced the environment pollution and the energy consumption. Under the opportunity of accelerating the urbanization process in our country, Green building increased year by year,known to the industry. However, Green Building assumes more responsibility compared with traditional building,so the successful implementation of Green Building face greater risks and challenges. In the social network environment, risks of green building can transmit and form a complex network of relationships during the whole life cycle. So this paper established and evaluated green building risk network has practical significance.Firstly, the 26 risk factors of the whole life cycle of green building were identified through the literatureand, and classified from the perspective of life cycle and stakeholder,according to the result designed the questionnaire. Establish the green building risk network adjacency matrix by 121 valid questionnaires combined with consistency analysis method,and make it visible.Secondly,identify the key risk factors and key relationships in the network,by using social network analysis method to carry on the overall network and individual network analysis of the green building risk network. Then, put forword coping strategies, and detected the control effect by comparing risk control before and after the network risk. The results showed that the complexity of risk network and the relationship of risk factors are significantly reduced, he accessibility of a large number of risk factors were blocked.Finally, establish the ownor adjacency matrix, designer adjacency matrix, constructor adjacency matrix and supervisor adjacency matrix. Compare four risk networks from the whole network by the indicators of the whole network density, clustering coefficient and organization betweenness centralization; Compare the differences between stakeholders’ perceptions of risk factors in the network by centrality analysis; The analysis of the similarity degree between the four risk networks and the regression analysis of the overall risk network using the hypothesis test.The results showed that the stakeholders have different views on the importance of risk factors in the network, the shape of the four risk network is relatively high, and each risk network can contribute to the overall risk network, but the size is different.
