SRC- CFT columns are made of square steel tubes which filled with concrete and steel reinforced. It makes concrete and steel to play their respective advantages. The steel constraint concrete and the reinforce,s presence, which can improve the carrying capacity of the core concrete. What is more, Filled with steel reinforced in core concrete can make steel difficult to produce local buckling. Since SRC- CFT columns and steel beam joint exhibits good overall performance, so it has a very wide range of applications in which the actual project. SRC- CFT columns and steel beam joints there are also many problems, especially in the seismic behavior of concrete filled square steel tube columns and steel beams joints need further study.In this paper, the finite element numerical simulation of SRC- CFT columns and steel beam stiffening ring joint according to ANSYS finite element software. According to considerate the seismic performance of width of ring,thickness of ring, axial compression ratio and steel ratio. According to establish and calculate eleven finite element model specimens, the hysteretic performance under cyclic loads, the bearing capacity, stiffness degradation, strength degradation, energy dissipation were analyzed completely. The results show that when the structures under cyclic loading, the hysteretic curve exhibits plump and spindle, it did not show significant stiffness degradation and pinching phenomenon, so it has a good energy dissipation capacity. In order to the performance of outer strengthen ring joint can play effectively, the ring plate width should adopt(0.75 to 1.25)B(column side) which is appropriately. When increasing the thickness of the outer reinforcement ring, the node area carrying capacity is also improved, in order to the strengthen ring exert force more better and more economic, the thickness of the reinforcing ring should at the same of thickness of beam flange. When increases the pressure of the end of the concrete columns shaft,thebearing capacity of joints will have a corresponding increase. In order to make the joint capacity is relatively good, the axial compression ratio should be controlled between 0.4 to0.8. When the thickness of pipe wall increased, the carrying capacity of joint is also corresponding increase, but when the pipe wall thickness exceeds a certain order, the energy dissipation capacity of the structure it has a small increase. In order to saving, the steel ratio should be controlled in the 0.126- 0.167 which is more appropriately.The paper in-depth analysis of the seismic behavior of square steel tube concrete columns with steel beam joints, and concluded that steel- reinforced concrete structure steel reinforcement ring,s node application provides valuable data and reference.
