| Energy consumption in the construction industry occupies a large part of the energy consumption of the whole industry, the proportion of building energy consumption has accounted for more than 1/3 of the total social energy consumption. Although the construction stage is little period for the whole life cycle of the building, it is an important process of building, which consumes a lot of energy. However, such a huge energy consumption construction phase, as the energy consumption of the construction phase is relatively complex, making the slow progress of the relevant research.In this paper, the energy flow in the construction process is analyzed, and the energy sources in the construction process are manual work, electric and fuel energy. After study of the theory of production frontier and the characteristics of energy efficiency evaluation in the construction process, finally determine the Data envelopment analysis(DEA) method to evaluate the energy efficiency of the construction process. Using the Field calculation method to obtain the actual value of manual work energy consumption, the actual value of electric energy consumption, the actual value of the fuel energy consumption. Using the law of conservation of energy to obtain the theoretical value of the main Sub project energy consumption, the theoretical value of auxiliary Sub project energy consumption, and the theoretical value of auxiliary work energy consumption in the ground. By establishing the DEA model of energy efficiency evaluation in the construction process. And the comprehensive efficiency can be decomposed into technical efficiency and scale efficiency, meanwhile the meaning of technical efficiency and scale efficiency in the construction process is analyzed. Through the analysis of energy efficiency in the construction process, the consumption of various types of energy consumption in civil construction process is evaluated. On the basis of the evaluation, the measures and suggestions for improving the energy efficiency of manual work, fuel and electric energy are given.Through on energy efficiency evaluation in the construction process, to identify key sectors and key dimensions of affecting the energy efficiency, thus according to the adopted measures to improve energy efficiency in the next construction process, dynamic control of the energy consumption in the construction process. |
